• Please note evening hours are in very high demand. Please be considerate of other clients by cancelling with as much notice as possible, ideally 24 hours.

• No show appointments or late cancellations (less than 6 hours notice) may result in being charged a full missed appointment fee.

• In the event of a weather related emergency, this office will follow the West Seneca School District for closings. Closing for weather will be stated on outgoing voicemail and e-mail messages. Please call or e-mail to verify.
